These SMS Terms apply only if you separately opt in to receive text messages from FunderSky. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.
1. Program description
Depending on the consent you provide, messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, responses to requests, service or support communications, and promotional messages. We will send marketing texts only where you have provided the applicable consent.
2. Consent and eligibility
By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided, and authorize FunderSky to send covered text messages to that number, including through automated technology where permitted.
3. Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your interactions and selected communications. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. FunderSky does not charge a separate fee for text messages.
4. Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any FunderSky text to opt out. You may receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, email support@fundersky.com, or call 918-800-8694. Opting out of texts does not prevent non-SMS communications where otherwise permitted.
5. Delivery and carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to network availability, device capability, and carrier restrictions. Supported carriers and message availability may change.
6. Privacy
We handle information associated with the program as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information for third-party marketing.
7. Changes or termination
We may modify or discontinue a text-message program or these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date or otherwise providing notice where required.
